Simple, Transparent Pricing
- At KRISAL Property Management, we believe in transparent, upfront pricing — so you always know exactly what you’re paying for. No hidden fees, no mark ups, no surprises.
- We charge a one-off fee equivalent to one week’s rent to get your property set up and ready to go. This can be deducted in four equal installments once your tenant moves in.
- Our all-inclusive service management fee is 8% of rent collected.
- For property owners seeking a one-time service, our KRISAL Letting Assist offers marketing your property and finding the right tenant, after which you can take over the day-to-day management. This service is available for a one-off fee equivalent to one week’s rent.
